Whitney brings extensive experience in executive search, benefits consulting, and a strong background in client service. She supports leadership searches across multiple industries, with a focus on identifying and recruiting top talent to help private equity, growth equity, venture capital, and public companies scale effectively.

 

Before joining Roo, Whitney worked at ON Partners as a Consultant, where she was responsible for the research and recruitment of executives across a variety of sectors. Earlier in her career, she was with The Ashley Group (a OneDigital company), specializing in employer-sponsored group benefits.

 

Whitney earned a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science / Human Sciences from the University of Maryland where she played collegiate volleyball.

 

She’s based in Cleveland, Ohio, where she loves spending time outdoors with her husband, young daughter, and two dogs. For her, the best moments are simple, with good food, a glass of wine, and laughter with family and friends.
