During the discovery phase, we work with our clients to develop a clear understanding of their organization's goals, challenges, and culture, as well as the specific requirements for the C-suite positions.
We target sourcing up to 75 profiles to assess and identify the preliminary active prospects. While sourcing continues throughout the lifecycle of an engagement, the initial active prospects are put through a first round of screenings.
During calibration, we review the initial results and present the leading candidates to our client. A key component of calibration is measuring the progress against the initial strategy.

Once finalists are identified, Roo Partners supports both the client and the candidate through the last stretch of client-led interviews. With ongoing check-ins throughout the hiring process and in the first two years of placement, we ensure success for our clients.
