The Roo Partners process moves through five unique stages that are designed as an efficient route to client success
During the discovery phase, we work with our clients to develop a clear understanding of their organization's goals, challenges, and culture, as well as the specific requirements for the C-suite positions.
We target sourcing up to 75 profiles to assess and identify the preliminary active prospects. While sourcing continues throughout the lifecycle of an engagement, the initial active prospects are put through a first round of screenings.
During calibration, we review the initial results and present the leading candidates to our client. A key component of calibration is measuring the progress against the initial strategy.
55% of all our placements come from the calibration presentation. This level of success is directly correlated to our extensive diligence early in the search with regards to developing a strong strategy and our aggressive push to attract top talent.
Once finalists are identified, Roo Partners supports both the client and the candidate through the last stretch of client-led interviews. With ongoing check-ins throughout the hiring process and in the first two years of placement, we ensure success for our clients.
