As an Associate at Roo Partners, Shelby Warren supports executive search engagements across the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Technology practices. She is involved throughout the search process, from market research and candidate mapping to outreach and relationship development, with a focus on identifying leadership talent for private equity and growth equity-backed companies.

Prior to joining Roo, Shelby worked at Insight Global, where she began as a Recruiter before moving into a Direct Placement Account Manager role managing a portfolio of client accounts and specializing in technical recruiting. The experience sharpened her instinct for matching the right candidate to the right environment, and reinforced her belief that the best placements come from understanding both sides of the search deeply.

Shelby is based in Miami, where she earned her B.S. in Health Science from the University of Miami. Outside of work she can usually be found on the Rickenbacker Causeway, traveling with friends and family, or working through a mystery novel.
