Jairo joined Roo Partners in 2023 as the Vice President of Operations, responsible for overseeing the entire operational engine of the company. This includes managing IT Ops and marketing, as well as building scalable financial and operational reporting, infrastructure, and processes, while leading strategic initiatives for the entire organization.

With a focus on change management, business transformation, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business intelligence and analytics, Jairo has been at the forefront of leading cross-functional teams across the US, APAC, Europe, and LATAM for over 15 years, coordinating both strategic and tactical operational initiatives, guiding businesses towards transformation and sustained growth.
