At Roo Partners, Helen is an Associate supporting the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Technology practices. She plays a key role in research, candidate outreach, and relationship building, partnering closely with the team to deliver high-caliber talent for both clients and Roo portfolio companies.

 

Prior to joining Roo Partners, Helen served as an administrator at a Chicago-based charter school, where she was a member of the Professional Learning and Campus Leadership team. In this role, she focused heavily on compliance and led preparation and execution efforts for program audits across a network of schools. Throughout her career in education, Helen emphasized building strong relationships with key stakeholders and supporting the development of leaders and systems designed to improve team effectiveness and organizational outcomes.

 

Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Charlie. On sunny days, she can often be found on the tennis court or exploring new restaurants.
