Helen Budeyskaya

At Roo Partners, Helen is an Associate for the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Technology practices. She’s heavily involved in research, attracting prospective candidates, building relationships, and delivering first-class talent for clients externally and within the Roo portfolio.

Prior to joining Roo, Helen was an administrator at a Chicago based Charter school, where she was a part of the Professional Learning and Campus Leadership team. She strongly focused on compliance, while overseeing the preparation and implementation efforts of program audits throughout a network of schools. Throughout her tenure within the educational setting, building key relationships between integral stakeholders was at the forefront of her career. She has a strong track record of supporting growth and development of leaders and systems to improve effectiveness of their teams and outcomes with clients.

When she is not working, Helen likes to spend time with family, friends, and her pup Charlie. If it’s a sunny day, you can find her hitting the tennis court or exploring new restaurants.
