As Managing Director of Business Development at Roo Partners, Drew leads the firm’s relationship development efforts, partnering with clients and stakeholders to align long-term partnerships with the firm’s strategic objectives. He plays a key role in expanding existing relationships and cultivating new ones, ensuring Roo Partners remains closely aligned with the evolving needs of its clients and partners.

 

Drew brings more than five years of experience in executive recruitment and business development. Prior to joining Roo Partners, he was an Associate at TEG Consulting, an Acertitude company, where he supported executive searches across sales, marketing, IT, and other functional areas for technology- and healthcare-focused clients. Earlier in his career, Drew served as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, specializing in technology search and client relationship development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Chapman University, where he played collegiate lacrosse.

 

Outside of work, Drew is an avid Nebraska Cornhuskers fan and enjoys spending time outdoors. His downtime is often spent exploring new stadiums, traveling with friends and family, and adventuring with his Golden Retriever, Jet.
