Drew Uphoff currently Director of Business Development, joined Roo Partners in 2022, bringing a dynamic presence to the team. His current position empowers him to strategically foster both existing and new relationships, effectively aligning client partnerships with overarching business objectives.

With over 5 years in the recruiting space. Drew’s impact has been both consistent and transformative. Prior as an Associate at TEG Consulting, an Acertitude company, where he effectively navigated searches in sales, marketing, IT, and more for esteemed technology and healthcare companies. Prior to TEG Consulting, Drew was at Robert Half as a Recruiting Manager, where his focus on technology search and client relationship cultivation was both distinguished and valuable. Drew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Chapman University, where he played collegiate lacrosse.

Beyond his professional journey, Drew’s passion extends to his devotion to the Nebraska Cornhuskers and his affinity for the outdoors. Hid downtime is often dedicated to exploring new stadiums, embarking on thrilling adventures with loved ones and his Golden Retriever, Jet.
