As Vice President of Finance at Roo Partners, Alejandro Narvaez manages the firm’s accounting and finance operations across financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, payroll coordination, lender reporting, and other core finance functions. He works closely with leadership on strategic financing initiatives, operational planning, and building scalable internal processes that support the firm’s continued growth.

Alejandro plays a cross-functional role connecting accounting, operations, and leadership teams. His experience spans multi-entity accounting, month-end close, variance analysis, audit support, and process improvement, with a focus on turning financial results into clear operational insight and building reporting processes that are accurate, practical, and easy to rely on.

Before joining Roo Partners, Alejandro held accounting roles at AEG Fuels, Renuity, and hear.com, supporting financial reporting and operational finance initiatives across high-growth businesses. At AEG Fuels, he analyzed gross profit performance, cash flow activity, and balance sheet movements to explain the operational drivers behind financial results. He holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and is currently pursuing his CPA license.

Alejandro is based in Miami, Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, following Arsenal, attending live music events, and spending time exploring Miami’s food scene.
