Chelsey Ripley is an Associate at Roo Partners, based in New York City, with nearly a decade of experience across executive recruiting, talent strategy, and relationship-driven business development. She supports a wide range of search engagements for private equity– and growth equity–backed companies, bringing a consultative, execution-focused approach to identifying and engaging high-caliber talent.

Prior to joining Roo, Chelsey served as an Executive Recruiter at Dynamics Associates and as a Senior Account Executive at Syndicatebleu, where she partnered with high-growth companies to place senior talent across finance, creative, marketing, engineering, and sales functions. Earlier in her career, she held recruiting roles supporting pre-IPO start-ups at Quest Groups, and supported SMB expansion at Gusto. She began her career with lululemon athletica, holding leadership roles across the U.S. and Australia.

Chelsey grew up in the American West, attended university in London and Australia, and has traveled extensively, bringing a global perspective and relationship-oriented approach to executive search. Outside of work, she loves to seek out new cuisine and travel experiences, and play badminton in Prospect Park.
