Scamnetic has added Jeff Otten to its Board of Directors. Roo Partners advised on the search.
Otten spent more than 25 years leading enterprise software organizations across fintech, payments, financial crime, AI, and banking technology. His remit has spanned sales, customer success, partnerships, and commercial strategy at global scale, with particular depth in go-to-market growth and partner ecosystem development.
Scamnetic operates where threat patterns shift faster than most product cycles can absorb, and moving detection technology into enterprise banking means clearing procurement gates that reward familiarity. Otten has cleared them before. What a board contributes at this stage depends less on governance pedigree than on whether its members have already worked through the problems now arriving.
