Leveraging over a decade of experience in executive recruitment, Jason partners closely with boards, private equity investors, and leadership teams to place transformative C-suite and senior executives who drive significant operational and strategic impact.
Prior to joining Roo Partners, Jason served as Managing Director at ECA Partners, where he led the Strategy & Transformation Practice. In this role, he helped investor-backed organizations secure leadership talent critical for strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and sustained growth. Earlier in his career, Jason held executive search roles at notable firms including Northline Partners, Holden Richardson, and Korn Ferry, concentrating primarily on automotive, manufacturing, and broader industrial markets.
Jason began his professional career as an officer in the United States Army, graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2001. He completed multiple deployments, demonstrating exemplary leadership under challenging circumstances, and was awarded the Bronze Star for his distinguished service in Iraq. After his military service, Jason pursued an MBA from the University of Illinois, combining his disciplined military leadership with strategic business expertise.
Jason resides in northwest Ohio with his wife and their four children. He remains committed to service and community engagement, reflecting his lifelong dedication to leadership, integrity, and teamwork.
