Tim Dotson

Tim Dotson serves as Principal at Roo Partners collaborating with top private and public organizations, private equity firms, and their operating companies with a focus on providing clients and candidates with the results and attention they deserve. He leverages his industry experience in healthcare services, healthcare technology, and digital health to help build world class executive teams for businesses ranging from founder owner run startups to high growth companies.

Prior to Roo Partners, Tim worked as a Director at McDermott + Bull Executive Search supporting the national Healthcare Practice where he focused on partnering with mid-market PE backed businesses. Prior to M+B, he spent 4 years at Blaise Group International,  a retained executive search firm. At BGI, he worked with private and public pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, building long-standing relationships with the industry’s top business professionals and executives.

In his free time, Tim likes to spend time with his family, friends, and his two 95-lb German Shepherds. You can find Tim at the beach, playing a round of 18-holes, or in his backyard trying out a new meat recipe on his smoker.
