Roseann Eff

Roseann is a Senior Associate for the Healthcare Services, Healthcare Tech, and Life Sciences practice. Here, she’s heavily involved in business development, research, attracting prospective candidates, building relationships, and delivering first-class talent for clients externally and within the Roo Partners portfolio.

Most recently, Roseann was an Senior Associate at Korn Ferry, where she was on the Fintech and Data & Analytics practice working with various organizations to deliver top C-Level and VP talent. Prior to search, Roseann worked in various financial services organizations as an executive assistant and project manager.

When she is not working, Roseann enjoys staying active, Ravens football, and spending time with her family and black lab.
