Roo Partners Welcomes Jonathan Levinsky as Partner

Roo Partners, a leading retained executive search and talent advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Jonathan Levinsky has joined the firm as a Partner.

Jonathan brings nearly a decade of executive search experience, specializing in recruiting transformative leadership roles for Private Equity-backed portfolio companies across the Healthcare, Technology, and Business Services sectors. Prior to joining Roo Partners, Jonathan was a Partner at True Search, a globally recognized top-ten executive search firm, where he contributed to the Private Equity, Healthcare, and Product, Data, and Tech (PDT) practices. Over his career, Jonathan has successfully led more than 120 executive searches, helping private equity firms and their portfolio companies build out their executive level talent.

Before transitioning to executive search, Jonathan began his career as a healthcare technology consultant, implementing software solutions for health systems and physician practice organizations. He later joined Deloitte’s Healthcare Practice, where he introduced performance improvement initiatives to hospitals and health systems nationwide, further solidifying his expertise in healthcare innovation and operational excellence.
